Safe Ports Corporate and Administrative teams are based in Charleston, SC – conveniently located near the Port of Charleston and the Charleston Air Force Base. Our Technology team is based in Frederick, MD and our Business Development team is based in Washington, DC. We take an enterprise-wide approach to managing our global work force via functional responsibilities.

Safe Ports has long been engaged in the Caribbean, Latin America and Mexico and is fluent in local business practices, languages and logistics requirements. Our company was founded on the principal of providing strong business advocacy for US technology companies entering Latin America during the early ‘90’s and has remained involved in various port-security projects since 9/11.

The recent earthquake in Haiti will overshadow development in the region for years to come. The reconstruction effort and massive relocation of Haiti’s people will require tireless commitment by logistics, human capital and security companies – and Safe Ports will be one of the companies doing its part in this historic international effort.

Challenges like this inspire us to do more with less, for longer than intended.
