Safe Ports provides “managed” human capital services. We ensure that trusted, trained, licensed, certified and otherwise capable personnel are provided to meet mission requirements throughout the lifecycle of a project regardless of whether the project is scheduled to last only a few weeks or continue on for several years. We start every project by analyzing program requirements, and work with our customer and partners to tailor a proposal for the deployment and maintenance of a highly effective workforce at the best possible cost.

global business

Through our global recruiters we have the ability to provide any mix of highly capable and skilled American Nationals (AN), Local Nationals (LN) or Third Country Nationals. We frequently recommend the use of local nationals to not only provide a cost‐effective workforce, but also in an effort to stabilize the economic conditions of the region being serviced.
We manage our Human Capital projects with a Tier 1 ERP System and our recruiting process is ISO9001 certified. We track every hour worked on a program and track labor to customer defined task levels as required. Our accounting system is DCAA compliant, which also provides Earned Value Management System (EVMS) capability. We monitor the effectiveness of our services and provide EVMS and Quality Assurance Surveillance Reporting tailored to the customer’s needs on a recurring basis throughout the lifecycle of the project.
